To build a website, What info should I have on it?

• Impactful Headline – As soon as I land on your home page, I should get the message fairly quickly on what you are about. Instead of 30 second pitch, you have 3 seconds to grab attention. Don’t fret over losing your message if you are succinct. Add a sub-headline that carries more info on you. Eg we love, among many – This, and this
• Product / Solution – Section dedicated to your products / solution offering. Eg – This (see the menu) and this (See services section)
• Success Indicators – If you have had some initial success then boast about it with numbers like these fellows – This , this (scroll down) and this (scroll down). If not, capture testimonials as you go along in your journey (will cover in a hot second). 
• Customer Testimonials – You know what to do here. You have been one and perhaps provided one too. Now, time to wear your big boy shoes and get yourself few. Atta boy! If your customers cannot give testimonials due to legal issues, then making them anonymous is an option to start with. Testimonials can be set up differently also – Quotes, videos, from other review sites and more. See this where they quote publications & redirect you to another site
• Contact Info – Trick here is, give your info but also provide a place to capture customer info too. If you do not capture customer info, then provide some info that will have them reach out to you instead like this one and this one has done.
• FAQ Section – This is the section to assuage concerns and consequently reduce inquiries to your inbox. Use it well and use it wisely, perhaps like this and this.
• Assets – Its a good idea to release some assets in the market so customers understand your expertise and also you capture leads like this genius. Assets can be E-books, Newsletters, White Paper, Blogs….always, always ask for email first (as optional, of course)
